2003 Las Rocas de San Alejandro Garnacha, Spain

Medium garnet. Strawberry and pepper on the nose. Raspberry, strawberry and black pepper on the forward fruit, high acid, very soft tannin, long fruity finish. This is a nice, lighter style wine with a lot of intense fruit flavors which should drink well over the next few years. Good value. I think I paid about $6. My rating 83.
